The Royal Galactic Institute of Science and Art

King Maximillian, a great supporter of science and art, establishes the Royal
Galactic Institute of Science and Art on planet Earth with the purpose of raising
the consciousness of all inhabitants, first to the planetary level and then to a
higher interplanetary level. The goals of the royal institute are: To strive to end
all forms of wars, violence, misunderstandings, hunger, and diseases among the
inhabitants of the planet. To develop the existing material science to a level that
no longer harms the planet and its inhabitants. To unify philosophical, cultural,
and social views on the fundamental truth about human existence and the
purpose of its being on planet Earth and beyond. To support the establishment of
a common planetary government that will have the legitimacy to represent all
the inhabitants of planet Earth for contact with the kingdoms of other planetary

systems.
