Maximilian, the Wise, son of Richard the Just and Princess Leonore of Paraga, a direct blood
descendant of the royal lineage tracing back to the legendary King Otto I, the alchemist and
great wizard who united the lands of Santigirius VI into a unified planetary kingdom. Otto
forged an interplanetary agreement with William IV, Tsar of the mysterious dark planetary
systems rich in mineral wealth from the Baalian Belt of Red Dwarfs. This magnificent trade
alliance still stands as the foundation of the Galactic Accord, which eventually expanded first

through the western arm and then throughout the entire galaxy.

Otto I and William IV jointly defeated the great tyrant, enslaver of ten worlds, the infamous
troll Half-Beard, in the Battle of the Silken Rune. The newly established realm of the ten
liberated planets unanimously confirmed Otto I as the King of the Three Alliances, accepted
and ratified under the great holy rock of Halderbard, where today stands a monument to great
men. The great alchemist Sebastianus brewed a particularly strong bitter called hyperbitters,
in memory of all those who fell in the battle, whose taste is so unique that it has not yet been
fully described. The bitter is still drunk today on all important occasions, and, let’s be honest,
even on less important ones. The entire bloodline up to Maximilian the Wise comprises
twelve thick books of serious format, which we will not list in full here.

The Pan-Galactic Grand Accord was signed and ratified at the first grand assembly on the
planet Ruusaa in the city of Wupassalaraa on the island of Hall, where a magnificent palace
was specially built for this purpose, still considered one of the wonders worth visiting. The
magical masters of Queen Peleree sealed the agreement in a perfect red crystal of cinnabarite,
which was then cast into a transparent quartz column supporting the main dome of the palace.
Visitors can view it and copy the agreement from the crystal using handy 5D-UBP recorders.
At the Grand Assembly, the present planetary rulers confirmed Apis, son of Agenor, the great
galactic warrior for freedom and peace, and the blood heir of the lineage of King Otto I, as the
Galactic King, thus confirming the true, just, and inalienable right of the lineage of King Otto
to blood succession, as recorded in the crystal of cinnabarite, to which anyone who wishes has

access.
